Service Renewals after 1 year must fill out a new "Online-Sign-Up Form" and pay a new Start-Up Retainer fee before initial session for the new period will be conducted... |

Note: After your base Retainer start-up installment payment is made, confirmation will be sent to you and SIR'L will contact you directly to confirm proposed starting date or reschedule a mutually convenient time for starting session... Service Renewals require new Start-Up Retainer payment, for which the payment link above can also be used. Subsequent quarterly session payments can be made using the payment links in the next section below, (see "STEP #3"), starting three months from the initial service session...

NOTE: To maintain your account in good standing, Service Fee balances regarding quarterly sessions remaining must be paid on or before each session is conducted, as due in 4 quarterly payments every three months from the date of your initial session. (Client may cancel service at any time in which case any quarterly fee balances outstanding shall be waived, however, any and all cancellations shall be subject to an early termination & cancellation fee equal to either 15% of any outstanding service/session fee balance or a sum equal to $125.00, which ever is less. In the event of cancellation, said sum shall be billed to client upon computation of same)... Service Renewals require new Start-Up Retainer payment first, the link to which is in the previous section above, and subsequent quarterly session payments shall be due as before, starting three months from the initial service session of the renewal period, which can be paid using the quarterly payment links in this section...
