Additionally to the base (including the start-up) Retainer, there are progressive PERFORMANCE FEE requirements under any of the 5 development projects selected as follows: a) Flat $1350 fee per Sales Rep recruited or $1350 per Telemarketer recruited, due upon actual recruitment and execution of Rep Agreement, in payment for the actual Sales Representative recruitment functions as authorized by Client... b) Flat $900 Fee per Saels Rep trained or $900 per Telemarketer trained, due upon completion of initial training process by recruit... c) $450 fee per Sales Rep per month, or $450 per Telemarketer per month, covering management consulting & support services, including weekly Sales Rep activity monitoring & supervision functions plus periodic motivation and human relations and sales group management support functions as needed... So actually as you can see, the rates overall are quite reasonable and generally affordable to any type or size business... Comparatively, a staffing or recruitment company would charge a fee of at least 30% or more of the recruits first years earnings, so even if a Sales Rep only makes $35,000 to $40,000 the first year, (whether base plus commission or all commission, although recruiters won't handle all commission accounts), that would be a fee range of at least $12,000 to $15,000 to a recruiter for each sales rep hired, just for finding the candidate hired, unlike with SIR'L which charges much less and handles the actual training process and marketing & management system set-ups... Then again, if you want to hire Reps on an independent and commission only basis, unlike SIR'L, the staffing and recruiting agents won't even take the project because they can't estimate potential earnings and need actual salary earnings to calculate their recruitment fee... So under a Sales Team development service format with SIR'L, it would only cost around $12,150 (counting both the base Retainer and progressive Performance Fees) for overall planing & processing and the recruitment & training functions, plus the complete marketing system set-ups as may be necessary involving a total of 3 Sales Reps, versus a fee of $12,000 or more for just the recruitment of 1 Rep through a Recruiter or staffing company (plus of course any incidental sales job advertising, lead supply, and other minor recruitment expenses like sales kits and so on, that may have been budgeted)... The SIR'L Development Service arrangement is set-up on a 90 day revolving term that can be terminated at any time if needed, or you can maintain the arrangement on an on-going basis...
