<><> FIXED RETAINER SERVICE PACKAGES & CONTRACT RATES <><>

On-going growth development & management consulting service arrangements or fixed term or short term service packages are available at contract rates by way of individual service arrangement proposals to suit, with a fixed monthly retainer format as selected. The ON-GOING MINI SERVICE PACKAGES range from only $450 to $675 or $1125 retainer per month depending on service/conference time allocations either monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly, with services provided on an on-going basis for an indefinite duration until such time as terminated upon giving of minimum 30 days notice, or 60 or 90 days optional. The FIXED TERM WEEKLY SERVICE PACKAGES range from $1575 to $2250 or $3375 per month depending on service/conference time allocations of either once or twice or three times per week, with service provided over a fixed term of minimum 120 or 180 days or 1 year renewable, or an on-going service format is optional. The SHORT TERM DAILY SERVICE PACKAGES range from $4500 to $6750 and $11,250 or more per month depending on shorter or longer daily service/conference time allocations, with service provided over a short term of minimum 30 or 60 or 90 days renewable, or an on-going service format is optional. The special Contract Rate of $225 per hour applies to each service package, instead of higher hourly rates that would otherwise apply, with basic service time allocations included in monthly retainer amount as specified under each service package. Lower Introductory Rates of $195 or $175 per hour are also available under any service package over the 1st three months of services if on-going service features instead of fixed term features are already specified or optionally applied under the service package, subject to the service termination/cancellation format selected. The standard contract rate will apply with the minimum 30 days termination notice format, or the introductory rate of $195 per hour with 60 days notice and $175 per hour with 90 days notice, resulting in longer service/conference time allocations during the initial 1st three months to equal fixed monthly retainer amount due under service arrangement. (Notice period retainer will be due in advance). Any additional service time requested if needed will be available at same contract rates up to a specific number of service hours as specified under service arrangement and will be added to the basic service/retainer billing in connection with service package selected. Service under any service package selected may be provided either in person at client's business or SIR'L's offices or by way of telephone conference as applicable subject to circumstantial needs and location of client's business, depending on whether a local client/account or out of town or out of state or out of country account arrangement is made. Mr. Lance G. Petri, Chief Executive Consultant and Managging Director of SIR'L shall maintain constant directional involvement in any and all client/accounts secured by or assigned to any SIR'L associate as deemed mutually beneficial by SIR'L and Mr. Petri may also handle selected client/accounts directly, with or without any other associate or assistant assigned.

<><><> FLAT FEES <><><>

Special assignments & mid-range projects (requiring an estimated minimum 200 to 800 hours), or larger assignments & major projects (requiring an estimated minimum 1000 to 3000 hours) are possible on a Flat Fee basis with progressive payment terms in three installments as arranged, one at the start, the second mid-way, and the final payment upon completion, depending on the type of assignment or project involved. Extended payment terms pertaining to major projects or substantially large assignments are also possible by way of secured promissory note, payable in equal monthly installments including interest over specified term.
