Interim/Short term service arrangements to suit, or Extended/Fixed term, or On-Going Mini Service Packages to suit individual needs are available at special contract rates, with various fixed monthly retainer formats covering the service/time allocations specified under each service package... Service functions available to clients under any service package will encompass the full extent of expertise and different realms of SIR'L service capacity and will vary according to service agreements made to suit individual needs, subject to prioritization of clients' objectives & requirements... Overall service & consulting time availability to clients will be in accordance with the service/conference time allocation specifications under each package, based on a flat Contract Term Rate of $225 per hour instead of higher Open Term hourly rates that would otherwise be applicable as outlined in SIR'L's Standard Fee Schedule.

Depending on the service termination/cancellation format preferred, lower introductory rates are also available during the 1st three month period of any service arrangement, providing that on-going service features, instead of fixed term features, are applicable or are optionally applied under the service package selected. The standard contract rate of $225 per hour will apply to any fixed term arrangement or to any on-going service package with a minimum 30 day termination notice format. The introductory rate of $195 per hour will apply with a 60 day termination notice under an on-going service format and $175 per hour will apply in the event a 90 day termination notice under on-going service format is selected, resulting in longer service/conference time allocations during said 1st three months to equal the fixed monthly retainer amount due and payable under the service arrangement.

Any additional service/conference time that may be requested by client from time to time if needed, will be available at the same contract rates applicable under the service arrangement, but only up to a specified number of hours, equaling a maximum of 1.5 times the basic monthly service time allocation pertaining to service arrangement with client. Any further service requests will be subject to standard rates and will depend on SIR'L scheduling ability. Whenever any such additional services are provided upon request, they will be added on to the basic/service retainer billing applicable to the service package selected... The fixed monthly retainer amount due and payable under any service package will be split billed and billing cycles will vary according to the type of service package involved. Billing statements will be prepared either weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly, and amounts billed shall be due and payable immediately... No separate start-up fees shall be required under any service package selected, however, the last month's retainer fee shall be due and payable in advance, on or before the effective starting date of service arrangements and shall be applied to the last month's billing cycle and closing bill... Services under any one of the service packages selected may be provided either in person at client's business or at SIR'L offices or by way of telephone conferences as may be applicable, subject to circumstantial needs and whether a local account or an out of town/state/country client service arrangement is made. Terms & conditions of service package selected will be outlined in detail in the Service Arrangement Proposal prepared upon client's request to proceed with service arrangements. Please note that any client/account service arrangement proposed by any SIR'L associate must first be approved for SIR'L acceptance by MR. Lance G. Petri, Chief Executive Consultant and Managing Director of SIR'L ENTERPRISE. Mr. Petri shall maintain constant directional involvement in any and all service accounts secured by or assigned to any SIR'L associate as deemed mutually beneficial by SIR'L and Mr. Petri may also handle selected client/service accounts directly and personally conduct or perform service functions as needed, with or without any other associate or assistant assigned.
